How do I get to Ghan Eden?
Ghan Eden is in central Belize near Belmopan. Airport transportation is available for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance. Rental cars and private shuttles are also available.
What are the entry requirements for Belize?
Entry and visa requirements can change and depend on your nationality and itinerary. Check the Belize Immigration and Nationality Department before you travel.
What should I pack?
Bring light, breathable clothing, comfortable walking shoes, a light rain layer, swimwear, sun protection, insect repellent, personal medication, and a small waterproof bag. Binoculars are worthwhile for the abundant birdlife.
What is the food like?
The kitchen is vegan-friendly and uses produce from the five-acre farm when crops are in season. Let us know about dietary needs before arrival so we can discuss what is available during your stay.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Stays have a two-night minimum.
What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations cancelled at least 14 days before arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations 7–13 days before arrival receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Do you offer weekly or monthly rates?
Yes. Discounted weekly and monthly rates are shown for rooms where they are currently available. Contact us if you are planning a longer stay.
Are all rooms in the same location?
The Tapir and Macaw suites are at the Ghan Eden residential setting. Rooms 3–5 are at nearby Agua Clara Eco Park. Each room card identifies its location before you book.
Is Ghan Eden smoke-free?
Yes. Ghan Eden is a smoke-free facility.
